This next post will be something a little different than what has been come to be expected here.  While I will maintain the usual uploads of a part one and part two, I have already read this next book and written a review which is intended to be taken a bit more formally than the usual discourse on this blog.  “Women in the Castle” details the efforts of a group of German women from within the borders of Nazi Germany as World War 2 unfolds around them.  Despite whatever the quality of the book may be, I can say from the outset that I was intrigued by the setup.  It details a perspective which is often overshadowed by the larger issues of the War and had high hopes going in.  Whether those pay off or not, stay tuned for the next part of “Women in the Castle”.
